Christmas Trees

Christmas is over and it's time to start thinking of the New Year. Our family had a very nice Christmas. We went to church for a Christmas Eve candlelight service and then out to eat at Tori's favorite Chinese restaurant with friends of ours. We had a very special time of laughter and being together. Christmas morning were presents and then going to my brother's home for a wonderful meal.

I had 3 trees this year, our old fashioned tree, a snowman tree and a kitchen tree. Don't tell anyone, I bought another tree yesterday at the 50% off sale....LOL
Not sure what I will do next year, but it's something I look forward to decorating next year. I have most of it packed up and ready to go back into storage.
Everyone have a blessed coming year!

Christmas Bones

Joey and his bone
Zeus checking his bone out.
Joey and Zeus got bones for Christmas this year. Joey was excited to get his, Zeus wasn't quite sure at first if he actually wanted it.
That is, until Joey thought he take both. It tickled us to watch Joey trying to pick up Zeus's bone with his still in his mouth. :)

Dancing Trees

The 3 trees were in the water and as the music played, the lights changed color in time with it, it was like they were dancing.
It was really fun to watch, the trees along the river bank also changed in time to the music.

Schliterbahn Winter Park

We were at the Schliterbahn Winter Park this weekend for my husband's Christmas party. Here is my son, mom and daughter. Hard to believe it was in the high 70's! It was a bit cooler when the sun went down.

Tori's Room

For Tori's birthday we updated her room to Zebra, new curtains, sheets, comforter and pillows. She also received a Zebra candle and Zebra throw.

Happy Birthday Tori!

Yesterday was my daughter's 15th birthday. I took her and a few friends to lunch at the Dragon Place and then for ice cream and sweets afterwards before returning them to school.
